Visual aspect: golden colour, brilliant tinges. Fine and discreet bubbles. Nose: very elegant, butter and white-fleshed fruit. After swirling the nose is slightly grilled, roasted, with hazelnut and fresh butter. Palate: very refined, grape fruit, citrus. Granny Smith apple. Nice density, straight. Finishes ending with a masterly and pleasant bitter hint. Match with food: sole meunière; salmon with butter sauce. Comments: a great wine, a great winegrower!
