Visual aspect: clear yellow colour, silvery tinges. Fine bubbles, not marked bead. Nose: aromatic first nose, quite evolutive. After swirling, fresher notes appear. White-fleshed fruits, floral (honeysuckle). Palate: floral, honey notes, honeysuckle. Salty finish. Match with food: poultry of Licques with Suprême sauce. Comments: nice balance between the nose and the palate.
