Visual aspect: pale gold colour, crystal-clear. Light green tinges. Nose: lemon aromas, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom. Slightly honeyed. Palate: pure first taste, very fresh, good acidity. We find back the grapefruit added with Granny apple. Beautiful balance. Match with food: for the aperitif; seafood salad or avocado with shrimps.
