Visual aspect: grey hue, brick red tinges. Brilliant, limpid, clear. Nose: fruity, clear, clean. Strawberry, mineral, rose, jasmine note. Quite complex. Palate: red fruits (strawberry), pleasant, jasmine note. Good balance between the nose and the palate. Supple, medium acidity. Long persistency. Match with food: aperitif wine; steamed fish. Comments: very pleasant. Very changeable, balanced. Nice example of a rosé wine.
