Visual aspect: ruby-red colour, almost black. Purple disk, neat, limpid, brilliant. Nose: honey, candied fruits, expressive. Clean, young, nice complexity, spicy. Green apple, very ripe red fruits, a slightly woody. Tobacco note, slightly warm. Palate: neat, a lot of structure. Fine marked tannins, strong and young. Medium acidity, woody side. Match with food: duck fillet. Comments: young, powerful. To aerate.
