Visual aspect: very deep, ruby-red hue almost garnet-red. Nose: Burlat cherry, roasting, mocha, balsamic, freshness. Palate: we find the red fruits again, spices, balsamic. Liquorice flavoured tannins. Match with food: roast leg of lamb, ratatouille; Basque-style chicken.
