Visual aspect: quite deep garnet colour, tile-red tinge. Nice brilliance. Nose: candied fruit, undergrowth, leather, slightly spicy. Palate: elegant, very candied with undergrowth. Nice balance and beautiful length. Finish slightly tannic. Match with food: pigeon; steak venison. Comments: beautiful balance, with fine tannins. Nice surprise for the vintage.
