Visual aspect: polar hue. Nose: floral, mineral. Light hint of citrus, invites to drink it. Palate: pure first taste, light hint of acidity. Long palate, vivid. Very nice wine, well-made. Match with food: a Mediteranean fish; shellfish. Comments: well-made, fresh, pleasant palate. A lot of delicacy, nice structure and beautiful length.
