Visual aspect: deep garnet red colour. Nose: garrigue, with a maritime influence. Nice and expressive red fruits, very pleasant. Palate: charming, nice presence, beautiful material. Finish with very fine tannins. Match with food: octopus stew; eels stew. Comments: very beautiful and nice success for a little known appellation in red.
