Empyreumatic, sweet spices, vanilla. Black fruits, candied blackberry. Palate: supple first taste with tannins marked by the elevage, jammy notes. Match with food: grilled rib steak with mushroom sauce. Comments: a wine to decant for a real moment of pleasure.
