Visual aspect: brilliant ruby-red colour, steady. Nose: a basket of ripe red fruit. Complexity, subtlety and elegance. Nice volume. Palate: peppery and spicy (clove), suppleness. Atypical. Evidences that in Provence great red wine are made. Superb! Tannins that need to soften. Very nice material. Leather in the finish, cacaoted notes. Match with food: grilled duck fillet with prunes. Comments: nice bottle! One of our most beautiful discovery.
