Visual aspect: mahogany white colour. Nose: slightly animal, white-fleshed fruit aromas. Spicy, warm. Not aerate it too much. Palate: vivid first taste, lemony note. Superb mineral finish. Match with food: white meat with cream and lemon sauce to bring roundness, light sauce. Comments: a cuvée with a great purity.
