Visual aspect: very clear pink colour, salmon-pink hue. Nose: very fine, discreet, mineral. Palate: fine garrigue note, very elegant, very nice freshness. Great persistency on the palate with a quality bitter hint. Match with food: grilled lobster; rack of lamb with thyme. Comments: very great rosé of the Var sector.
