Les Terres de Saint-Hilaire
Visual aspect: ruby, limpid and deep. Nose: discreet, vanilla. Very ripe jammy cherry, prune liqueur. Palate: influence of the terroirl. The wood is present on the palate. Match with food: wild boar stew; hare stew with wine sauce. Comments: a wine with a good ageing potential. Still asleep but with potential. Nice tannic structure which proves its quality.
