Visual aspect: clear garnet colour. Nose: powerful and elegant, very fine. First nose with blond tobacco then more vegetable (pepper bell) and floral. Violet notes. Palate: powerful, silky side. Crushed small red fruits (strawberries). Mid-palate with butter and vanilla note. Good length. Match with food: venison with vanilla butter, cooked slowly. Comments: completed and feminine wine, with a well-mastred wood side. An excellent potential.
