Visual aspect: orangy salmon pink, beautiful raspberry colour. Nose: fine and subtle, very ripe small red fruits. Palate: good balance, beautiful structure. Complex, nice length. Match with food: a wine for a meal, from the starter to the dessert. It is complete in itself. Comments: a very good rosé.
