Visual aspect: intense garnet-red colour, purple tinges. Nose: beautiful aromatic range with notes of small black and red fruits. Flowers (pink peony, violet), spices (pepper, vanilla). With toasty notes, blond tobacco. Palate: reveals the same aromas than the nose. Supported by very fine tannins and a melted and velvety material. Spicy finish. Match with food: rack of lamb. Comments: a well-balanced wine, with a great generosity.
