Visual aspect: ruby-red colour with brilliant tinges, good depth, some tears. Nose: pleasant, elaborate. Mix of fruits (Morello cherry, raspberry) and spices (pepper), vanilla and grilled notes. Palate: fine tannins, warm palate by the presence of alcohol. Quite long and warm finish. Match with food: game. Comments: wine raised only since 5 and half month in Sylvain cooper barrels. To taste again.
