Visual aspect: beautiful colour with golden tinges. Brilliant disk, limpid. Nose: typical scents of the Chardonnay, the grilled notes mingle with hints of butter, almost the flavours of a Paris-Brest. Palate: ample first taste, with a harmonious balance. Pleasant finish, with a good length. Match with food: lobster salad with artichokes; crisp small vegetable julienne. Comments: a beautiful achievement.
