Visual aspect: ruby-red colour with brilliant tinges. Some tears on the side of the glass. Nose: pleasant, elaborate. Mix of spices and fruits, underlined by vanilla and grilled notes. Palate: pleasant first taste, fine tannins. Warm palate, because of the presence of alcohol. Warm finish. Match with food: venison and meat juice with spices. Comments: a pleasant cuvée.
