Visual aspect: limpid, garnet-red colour with raspberry tinges. Very present tears. Nose: powerful, warm. Vegetal and fruity notes. Palate: pure, straight. Superb mid-palate, marked with ripe tannins, with a nice length. The finish is beautiful and promising. Match with food: rabbit stew. Comments: superb!
