Nose: very precise aromas of red and black fruit: blackberry and cherry; hints of spices and toffee. The aromas are appealing and precise. After swirling there are powerful hints of liquorice with pepper.
Palate: pure first taste, it develops straight and clean. Fullness is enveloped in delicious, generous substance. The finish is long and harmonious.
Match with food: filet mignon with vine leaves.
Comments: excellent balance, despite the young age of this wine.
