Visual aspect: pale yellow colour, light green tinges. Nose: fruity and very pleasant nose, citrus aromas. Beautiful vivacity. Palate: fresh first taste, developping with a beautiful harmony, aromas of fruits and flowers. Slightly woody, good length. Match with food: scallops and chervil compote. Comments: a vivid wine, to discover for the aperitif too.
