Visual aspect: pale gold colour, intense and brilliant. Nose: concentrated, intense. The minerality matches the fresh almond, the citrus, the fresh butter, all finely woody. Palate: fat first taste, opulent and balanced material where the strength of the terroir is obvious. Fat and smooth finish, very persistent. Match with food: red mullet with butter sauce. Comments: a wine that reflects the fabulous terroir of the white Nuits-Saint-Georges wines.
