Visual aspect: intense red colour, beautiful evolution. Nose: cherry, spices, amber. The whole is complex and racy. Palate: smooth, broad. With volume but very light. A lot of presence in the mid-palate. Very long silky and fleshy finish. Match with food: pigeon stuffed with chestnuts and ceps. Comments: beautiful harmony, freshness and character.
