Visual aspect: ruby-red colour with purple tinges, brilliant, limpid. Nose: pure and delicious, with small fruits (strawberry, raspberry), beautiful minerality. Slightly woody note. Palate: lively, fleshy wien, nice ripe and silky tannins. Fresh and well-balanced finish. Match with food: caramelised sweetbread. Comments: a pure wine, superb!
