Domaine Gros Frère & Soeur
Visual aspect: quite light, Morello cherry colour. Nose: subtle, very delicate. With a beautiful range of red fruits (strawberry), a vanilla side. Palate: really harmonious, smooth, delicate. The tannins are well-coated. The fruits are very explosive with a very marked strawberry, enhanced by a vanilla-scented woodiness. A very beautiful length. Match with food: guinea fowl with raspberries; strawberries with honey and vanilla ice cream. Comments: it is a real treat.
