Nose: red-fruit salad (cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry); very expressive, rich and complex. It exudes appealing woodiness and a touch of spice.
Palate: alcohol dominates; young tannins are already softened. There is a little acidity and the fruit flavours are similar to the aromas. Length on the Palate: 6° - 8° Caudalies.
This wine has good freshness.
Match with food: red meat; South-West cuisine; game birds.
