Visual aspect: yellow slightly straw-yellow colour, golden. Nose: very pleasant, very balanced. Mineral and ripe at the same time with aromas of white-fleshed fruits like pear. Palate: reminds the nose. The freshness in the aftertaste is quite pleasant. Match with food: cod with spring vegetables with virgin oil and lemon. Comments: a good wine.
