Visual aspect: very light, light salmon-pink colour. Brilliant. Nose: medium intensity, modern. Ripe red fruits, fennel, amylic note, neat. Palate: tonic, with fat and character. Good length. Retro-olfaction in keeping with the nose. Quite rich finish. Match with food: sea urchins; grilled meat; smoked salmon; rustic buffet. Comments: a rosé with a nice style.
