Visual aspect: clear red colour, brown tinges. Nose: notes of cocoa, red fruits (Morello cherry), small brandied cherries. Palate: fresh with a salty side, fairly present material, with a quite dry side. Makes salivate in the finish. Match with food: coq au vin; pheasant with salmi sauce; bœuf bourguignon. Comments: an elegant wine, with material. Beautiful presence of the fruit with a smooth aftertaste.
