Visual aspect: dark red hue. Nose: beautiful presence of the red fruits, spices, powerfulness. Palate: round, supple, silky, powerful. Quite fine fruits, spicy (coriander), cocoa. Match with food: veal chop with mushrooms. Comments: 90% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Franc. Harmony and a lot of freshness.
