Visual aspect: quite intense hue, green tinges. Gleaming and brilliant. Fairly thick and slow tears. Nose: woody and buttery first nose, very marked toasty side. Note of raisin bread, nuts. Milky scents and some yeasty aromas. Palate: broad, with a good tension. Interesting volume, nice acidity. Wood aromas still dominate too much. Pastry-scented and buttery finish. Match with food: monkfish blanquette. Comments: to await a few years.
