Visual aspect: a dark garnet-red colour already showing slightly tile-red tinges.  Lovely density.
Nose: macerated black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant; good length of aromas.
Palate:  a wine close to balance (tannins, alcohol);lots of body and good length (7° Caudalies).
The finish is extraordinary with silky, roasted flavours.
Match with food: partridge roasted with apples.
Comments: a wine close to its peak of perfection.
