Palate: full-bodied and ample, it has concentrated, rich fleshiness, as well as distinct, firm tannins. Fresh and fruity on the finish, which is excellently long.
Match with food: fattened Bresse chicken roasted with truffles.
Comment: it's lovely, with magnificent delicacy and length on the palate. A splendid wine!
