Visual aspect: radiant, with a yellow hue tinged with gold.
Nose: aromas of brioche and toast, as well as scents of butter, quince, apricot, pineapple and freshly-cut hay.
Palate: pure on the first taste, development on very good balance and the finish is quite long.
Match with food: lobster roasted in a casserole dish, flambéed with eau-de-vie and served with pressed vegetables.
Comment: a lovely wine overall, an invitation to savour it in accompaniment to a delicious meal.
