Visual aspect: a beautiful golden colour. Nose: rich and concentrated, on fragrances of Mirabel plum, blackberry, apricot and crystallised pineapple. Palate: flavours of acacia honey, apricot, pineapple, mango and sweet almonds. Very well balanced with extremely unctuous richness. Match with food: apricot tart with figs frangipani. Comment: tremendous richness!
