Visual aspect: radiant, it has a light garnet-red hue and shows hints of development. Nose: exuding lots of delicacy and elegance, on scents of spice (pepper) and fruit in eau-de-vie. Palate: supple and round on the first taste, with flavours of mocha, fruit in eau-de-vie and spices. The finish reveals some rather short touches of alcohol. Match with food: fillet of young goat with a pepper sauce. Comment: a wine that is pleasant to enjoy now.
