Visual aspect: an amber-tinged colour of old gold and lots of viscosity. Nose: powerful scents of crystallised exotic fruit enhanced by a touch of vanilla. Tremendous complexity. Palate: sweet on the first taste, developming powerfully it has good balance. The finish is very long, with a magnificent melted, endless sensation. An extremely stylish wine. Match with food: oven-roasted turbot with a saffron sauce lobster à l'américaine.
