been commented later by the sommeliers. The afternoon was dedicated to the comments of the wines by the professional sommeliers. Departing from the usual impartiality rule, the tasters worked in presence of the owners. In the general opinion, the presented samples all showed beautiful qualities in the structure and in the organoleptic characters. The latter have been highlighted thanks to the glasses of the range Chef&Sommelier provided by Arc International, represented for the occasion by Virginie François.The white wines have been tasted in the Open Up Universal Tasting and the red ones in the Open Up Tannic. The range Chef&Sommelier is particularly made for the wine professionals but also for the great connoisseurs. Its shape is especially designed to efficiently free the aromas and sublimate the tasting moement. After this industrious session, the afternoon continued with exchanges between the sommeliers and producers who could get live impressions from the tasters.
