Nose: complex and delicate, revealing aromas of small black fruits, Virginia tobacco and liquorice, intensified by hints of truffles and spices.
Palate: fresh and unctuous, on a structure of complex tannin. The finish is very stylish and absolutely delicate.
Match with food: thrushes cooked with grapes.
Comments: a tremendously complex Chambolle, with absolute fineness and elegance.
