Visual aspect: magnificent amber colour, brilliant. Nice leather tinges. Nose: very interesting aromatic range, with plum, fig, almond and fresh peach. Palate: smooth and sweet. Superb finish with notes of almond and strawberry. Match with food: salmon carpaccio with red berries. Comments: a fabulous spirit!
