Visual aspect: brilliant, pale gold yellow. Nose: pure and fresh. Floral (acacia, hawthorn) and exotic (fresh mango) scents. Positive opening. Palate: broad first taste, generous, a lot of material. We have the same aromas than the nose, freshness. Match with food: pressed lobster terrine and white aspergus. Comments: pleasant wine for its structure and its aromatic opening.
