Domaine Jean-Louis Moissenet Bonnard
Visual aspect: a pale golden colour showing its young age, it is transluscent and concentrated.
Nose: fragrances of white blossom and dried fruit (hazelnut, almond), opening up on mineral notes which become finely balanced after swirling.
Palate: the flavours resemble the aromas. A wonderfully long finish.
Match with food: seafood gratin.
Comment: a lovely wine to savour now, but it will improve even more after some ageing.
