Visual aspect: deep gold colour, persistent and very fine bubbles. Nose: quite smoked first nose that lets appear notes of white flowers and acacia. Palate: very vivid first taste, a note of Granny apple, very tangy. A nice length on the palate. Match with food: fine tart with mirabelle plum; sabayon of white-fleshed fruits. Comments: a champagne that stimulates the palate.
