Visual aspect: dark purple, quite deep. Tile-red tinges. Nose: balsamic in the first nose. Very present juniper, juniper oil, liquorice wood aromas. Black fruit coulis (blackcurrant). Palate: ample, tangy, generous, supple. Melted crisp and delicious tannins. Match with food: puff pastry of calf's sweetbread and kidneys with morels. Comments: a very pleasant wine.
