Visual aspect: Very deep garnet-red colour, thick tears, very colorful, brilliant disc.
Nose: Very ripe red fruits, cherry, blackcurant, raspberry, spicy aromas (liquorice, pepper).
Palate: Fine tannins; the wine generously covers the mouth and gives a smooth sensation. Complexe but seducing wine.
Match with food: Fillet of venisson, speatzle (Alsacian pasta); chocolate cake with morello cherry.
Comment: To decant.
