
Visual aspect: a yellow, slightly golden colour, consistent bubbles.   
Nose: menthol hints and minerality, aromas of baked apple developing towards fragrances of white blossom and dried fruit.  Distinct aromas of Chardonnay,  excellent fullness. 
Palate: freshness on the first taste, a perception of development with flavours of dried fruit and the white blossom of fresh fruit.  Long on the finish. 
Match with food: poultry roasted with boletus mushrooms.                       
Comment: a flavoursome, well balanced champagne  worthy of an excellent winegrower.
