Champagne Bergeronneau Marion
Visual aspect: pale yellow colour. Very fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: oaky, fruity nose. White peach aromas and toast and brioche notes.
Palate: woody taste. Acidulous white fruits (apple) aromas. Generous, balanced, supported in the finish by a mineral slightly vanilla-scented aromatic range of exceptional length in the mouth.
Match with food: scampi à la nage.
Ageing potential: 5 to 10 years
Serving temperature: 10°C
Comments: a very classy cuvée that needs to wait in the cellar for a while to develop.
