Champagne Vautrain Paulet
Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour, clear and brilliant. Nose: very delicate with an aroma of toasted almonds. Pleasant. Palate: powerful, greedy but a little too much dosage can be tasted on the finish. The first taste is lovely with fine balance. Match with food: averagely sweet desserts: floating islands, browned zabaglione. Comments: wonderful wine.
